These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by WestTech Technologies Limited, including but not limited to managed IT services, cybersecurity solutions, and consultancy.


Service Agreement:

By signing up for our services, you agree to a formal service agreement that outlines SLAs, scope of service, support hours, and client responsibilities.

 

Billing & Payment:

All services are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice. Late fees may apply.


Service Uptime:

WestTech guarantees 99.9% uptime on all managed services, excluding scheduled maintenance. Outage handling is included in your SLA.

 

Support:

Support is available 24/7 for critical incidents and during business hours for standard issues. Dedicated account managers are provided to enterprise clients.

 

Termination:

You may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. We reserve the right to terminate for non-payment, abuse of services, or breach of terms.

 

Limitation of Liability:

WestTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the value of the services rendered in the past 30 days.
